Island Mountain Arts PRESENTS:

Trees.Listen – A special performance by Sharlene Wallace

At the Sunset Theatre
2357 Pooley Street
Wells, BC

Deep in the BC forests of the Cariboo Mountains you will find the wee but mighty town of Wells and… the Sunset Theatre. In its 88 year old history, the Sunset has been a movie theatre, gambling house, town hall, and even a temporary morgue after a tragic mine explosion in the 1940s. On Sunday evening, August 10th, it will be the stage for Trees.Listen, a tree filled music performance of Celtic harp with fixed electronics written by Frank Horvat and Sharlene Wallace and performed by Sharlene. There will also be photos/videos by Sharlene projected throughout the performance of this 9 tree composition suite.
